It was worth the trip. I will be back for sure.

We made a stop here yesterday during a bike tour because there was a downpour. The inn is extremely cute (we were only outside). The Cafe with Asbach was lovingly served. We liked it very much. We like to come back and then have something to eat. Many greetings from the women with the e-bikes.

The terrace is well-kept, it has radiant heaters, warm seats and blankets. The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly.

When it is full, you will be ignored standing at the entrance! Bad, rude and unprofessional service. Service staff sometimes do not wear a mask and therefore do not comply with the CoronaVO for gastronomy. In addition: cut-throat franc rate! Payment by card not possible! Only the place is worth it! But we strongly advise against the restaurant! I will never go there again! Food of below average quality too - far too expensive for what is being served!

We were there twice within 3 weeks. Last time we had sole made to order ... super delicious. Today ox cheeks. My plate was perfect, my partner had a bit of bad luck with the "cheeks", but they asked why the meat was left, I think it's great, unfortunately it always seems like less. Not only was he offered a new plate, which he would not receive, his dessert was offered and the schnapps was poured very well. Something can always go wrong, it is still important as a landlord / host to deal with it and it was just perfect today. We'd love to go there again.

Unbeatable location I am here with my family every now and then. Generally there is a varied range of dishes, but the menu is not too big. Nevertheless, I would say that you will always find something here in the area of ​​good bourgeoisie. We have never been unsatisfied, the prices are due to the proximity to Switzerland rather higher, but within reasonable limits. The audience is accordingly. The service is always friendly and strives for quick service. The food usually arrives very quickly. The salads are delicious and refined, the hearty dishes plentiful! But the highlight is clearly the water, the boat harbor and the view. You can see right into the Swiss mountain landscapes. An absolutely beautiful location where you like to stay and best watch the breathtaking sunset.

Nice little cafe/eatery on the Grand Canal in Weil am Rhein. It sits on the German side of the canal, with France located directly across. Good food and drink. Reasonable prices too.

Nice restaurant with covered outdoor patio/terrace right on the river Rhein. Nice decoration in blue. Portions a bit too large for my taste, but most people would probably like this. Friendly service. Good for a stop when Walking or biking along the river.

Nice restaurant with covered terrace right on the Rhine. Ideal for a stop on a bike ride. The whole decoration is kept in maritime blue / white, suitable for the small marina. Friendly and fast service. In addition to the menu there are seasonal dishes. We had the ochsenbäckli with homemade spaetzle, these were excellent and very rich.

Delicious food in a very nice atmosphere, right on the water. Attentive service, here you can relax and enjoy.

Nice place on the Rhine shore

Awesome place to have a beer along the Rhein after a bike ride.

Confusing mix up with the food as we decided to change our order when we found out asparagus was on the menu. Then the food that arrived was not even what we originally ordered (schnitzel not cordon bleu). By the time we realised we wanted to say something but there was no one to ask, no server ever came past so we just ate the food and asked to pay at the end for what we had. They refused and made us pay more money for food we did not get. We did pay just so we could leave. Terrible end to a mediocre meal... Without the terrible service it might have been a 3.
